Blue Dolphin - Reserva de mesa

All the pasta is made fresh down the road and the sauces are delicious. One of my favorite places to eat. Lunch is the best time to go in my opinion, just because of the mushroom sandwich and the pasta lunch specials! The staff are super friendly and everything is made to order. Take out is easy, but they do not deliver. Parking is in the back or around town; it is free to park. Only issue is that the place is really tiny, so be ready to wait on the weekends or during a busy time! If you are moving to Katonah or visiting, you have to come to Blue Dolphin! Also, try the dish I attached; it's pesto and marinara sauce mixed together with fresh pasta shells.

This restaurant is really unassuming but don't expect your typical diner food here. I was pleasantly surprised by the Italian menu, as I usually find Italian food overrated. The beef lasagna, split pea soup, and fried calamari were all delicious. While the prices may be a bit higher than other places in the area, the quality of the food makes it worth it. This restaurant completely changed my opinion on Italian cuisine and I am looking forward to our next visit to try more dishes. Also, the olive oil at the table was fresh and delicious, pairing perfectly with their unique and tasty bread.

The portions are generous, and Manager Alberto provides courteous and attentive service. The pasta is homemade, the sauces are not overly salty or oily, and the wine selection is affordable, with rare options like Sicilian Cannonau. The atmosphere is welcoming, allowing for easy conversation with dining companions who are well-mannered. The restaurant even welcomes animals, with elegant and well-behaved dogs and rabbits. Overall, it was a beautiful gastronomic and social experience.

Great place that looks like a diner, but serves delicious high-end food. There is a long time and all local Katonah people visited this place. Very clean and friendly environment.
