Blue Flame Restaurants

we were on a trip and stayed in medicine for the night. we decided to try blue flame because of the positive reviews here, and they did not disappoint. the restaurant is spacious and comfortable. service is excellent and very friendly. I had the mango shake... excellent and well paired with eating. I tried. it was great. we also ordered the broth basket, which includes three types of naan and another type of brot. good value! my partner enjoyed her butter chicken. would definitely be held back if we were back in the opposite.

I came to this place for the first time today and the food was EXTREMELY EXCELLENT!! I have lived in Medicine Hat and I was gonna get a burger than I came Here instead and it was the best decision I made. The atmosphere blew my mind and the serves are super friendly. They helped me with the menu and the place is well taken car off I highly recommend this place and I will be back many more tines to come. Thank you very much Blue Flame

Delicious as always but the portion sizes are getting smaller not much chicken in the Butter Chicken and it was mostly just sauce. The portion of the rice is also smaller than usual and had stems and leaves in it, which weve never had before. We appreciate the change up and culinary experience, but the stems are pokey and inedible, and had to picked out of the dish. Overall we were still satisfied and will still order again.

The food was fantastic! Try the honey garlic cauliflower! A perfect appetizer. All the other dishes were great too, especially the paneer. Everything was hot and the staff was very polite and friendly. While talking to our waiter after the meal we found out they have Nepalese dishes on the menu as well as all the Indian favourites. Amazing food!! We got the honey garlic cauliflower(haven’t had it served this way before) and it is now my favourite Indian food starter of all time!! The mains were amazing both veggie meat. One of my favourite Indian food restaurants now. So happy we stopped in. On top of this, the serves were incredible sweet the energy of the restaurant was very relaxing. Thank you Blue Flame

My partner and i went to the location for super. Arriving early we got the chance to talk with the owner. Not only was his interactions with us friendly but also informative. Once we ordered the food arrived shortly after hot and fresh! The serving size was generous enough to feed any stomache. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to enjoy Indian cuisine! Flavor was 10/10

Best Indian food in Medicine Hat. Everything tasted amazing. I have never posted reviews in the past for any other restaurant but felt the need to go out of my way after this meal. It was that good. And we order it delivered at home. Definitely travels well.

eating and service was before place we ordered dal makhni, methi wiper, madrashun. Methi distributor was the winner. we also enjoyed other dishes. also loved her garlic naan. If they want Indian food, they have to come here.

Stopped by here, and it was incredible. Everything was great tasting, very rich in flavour, and honestly probably the best Indian food I’ve had. We were looking forward to our leftovers. High recommend eating here!
