Zucchini Blossom Market & Cafe

I've been going to the Zucchini Blossom for years, and wanted to write on their superb new location. Truthfully it took awhile for it to grow on me, I think I was just so used to the European cafe style of the old venue that I was resisting the change, and it really is a great change! Open and bright with community tables and a lot of natural wood, it really works with the southern Alberta feel of the area. There is a great little patio outside and a second outside seating area. This place had very tasty salads and soups; although we were surprised by the meager portions. They had healthy offerings of savory and sweet plus a variety of coffee drink options. It is a very attractive place with a nice atmosphere, good for visiting with friends.

Oh man, as I write this I am salivating alittle dreaming about their tomato basil soup and a new kid on the block panini, maybe with a latte or a sparkling lemonade! This place makes top notch food and the atmosphere is great! Definitely a local favourite.

Funky atmosphere and delicious food. I had the African Yam and peanut soup in a locally made pottery bowl and a great little cappuccino. Borscht and eggplant appetizers were very tasty. Local products available. Highly recommended! Reserva una mesa ahora

Annual visit to the Hat it seems. ZB always producing excellent food and reassuring to take a first-time partner who raved about the coffee, the soup and salad and all beautifully presented on local pottery dishes.

Visit Medicine Hat frequently. Have been before, but first time in the new premises. The food was delicious, Counter service friendly and helpful, and the food service was quick. Worth a visit.

Great atmosphere. You can have coffee and dessert here or add on lunch and some shopping in their boutique foods section Great for a good visit with friends. Always busy.
