Bottom Line:Inattentive service, crowded, sub-par food, would not recommend going out of your way for. The tables are very close together so you'll be squeezing between people to get to the inside tables. This isn't a place for people who value personal space. Loved this pizza! They’re very clear that they’re not celiac friendly but the gluten friendly pizza did not disappoint (I’m not Celiac quite yet… hopefully not for a while! But I do get sick with gluten almost instantly, and I was fine at Blue Pan. Take that info as one person’s experience please!)Delicious pizza. I haven’t had much deep dish since finding out I can’t eat gluten and this was amazing! I’ve had thin crust for so many years I forgot how good it was. Portions were huge so I took half home and it was just as good the next day.Can’t wait to go back!
I was in town for only two days and wanted somewhere that wasn’t something I could find anywhere else. This was definitely something different. I had never “really” had Detroit style pizza and this place sealed the deal for this to be one of my favorite styles. I landed on getting the Brooklyn bridge which is a classic with an amazing sauce (that I could have drank), pepperoni, Italian sausage, and dollops of what seems to be the creamiest ricotta. Server was amazing. I didn’t get any names but everyone seemed happy to be there and glad you were there too.
Were visiting from California and decided to stop here for lunch before leaving town. And I mean it when I say this is some of the most delicious pizza Ive had! I was in New York earlier this year and this far exceeds what I had there!The minute we sat down at the bar we were greeted and waters were set out for us. The staff was kind and incredibly attentive. Food was not only delicious but was out really quickly!Its a perfect little spot for a quite bite to eat.It's a shame we don't live closer because I would absolutely make this a local haunt!

This place does pizza right! This is the 2nd time I’ve been when working in the area. The restaurant itself can get really packed quickly due to its size. There’s a reason many people have given this place high praise. Good is amazing, customer service is top notch, and the bar is equipped with a great selection. The gentleman Gary really makes people feel welcome, which pushes this restaurant over the top. Don’t miss out on this place!
Great spot for some pizza. We came around 7:00ish and there was a wait but we were able to sit at the bar within 10 minutes of being there. I wish they had better selection on draft beer but they have a good bit of ipas to choose from. The food took a bit to come out but I guess from how busy it was. The pizza was delicious and so were the cheese sticks. I’ve been wanting to come here for a while and it did not disappoint!
the best birthday experience EVER!! so busy but they carved out spot for us. the pizza is so exceptional it’s hard to talk about much else. but you must. the staff was so kind, so personable, so dare i say again exceptional that what was a really nice evening turned into a really special evening. thank you Blue Pan.
This was a lovely restaurant. The pizza was incredible, and the bartender was so nice. There’s even an ice cream shop across the street, so you can have a sweet treat after dinner. There was lots of street parking near the restaurant. The wait was 45 minutes, but we were able to sit at the bar immediately.Food: 5/5

OMG! Put your phone down and just go NOW. I can't believe we have waited this long to go and experience this light airy Pizza. Pro Tip: go online to view menu and be ready to order when you hit the table. There is an 1 hour and 40 minute time limit and you want to enjoy each yummy second.
Great spot to hang at the bar and grub. Great spot for a small group. Good beer selection and some of my favorite pizza around town. Fast and friendly service as well.
