Was just passing through town on my way to some fishing waters and I had plans to eat in a different town. Well decided id grab a snack to eat here, haha. This food truck caught my eye because it said Texas BBQ and having lived out of Texas for a few years I realized most places that advertised that, never held true. Well that didn 't apply here. Not only was her bbq great but after talking to one of the owners come to find out she surprisingly knew about and had been to my small home town out in west texas. So being that I planned on getting something small so I 'd still have an appetite for dinner I elected just to get the Brisket sandwich so I could test the brisket by it 's self and then...

Had a chance to try Blue Ribbon today in Montrose. The brisket is nice and moist. The hot sausage was just the right level of spice. Overall really enjoyed the food.

Hands down the best BBQ in Montrose! I had the ribs and they were awesome! The service was quick and friendly.
