OMG this is literally the BEST SUSHI you've ever got. I tried Blue Sushi in Kansas, so I'm not disappointed with high expectations of this place. I visited with a friend we had the Calamari, 2 different types of vegan sushi (one with mushrooms and the other with vegan tuna, shrimps called as hot night non-alcoholic drinks. Everything was absolutely crazy! If nobody told me I had vegan sushi, I swear I couldn't even say the difference. Yes, I would know it's not shrimp or tuna, but I certainly think it's a different variety of fish I'm with!!! The taste texture was noticeable. My wife and I kept a quick dinner on a spontaneous date night before a movie. His name escapes me and is not at the reception (only says PM Bar B, but our server was great, started talking movies when we told him our plans, super friendly faster and more efficient service! I love Blue Sushi Sake! I could scream that up on my lungs. You can feel the difference in your body when eating generic Sushi versus Blue Sushi Sakes Sushi. I can't count how often I'm ordered here or online. Waiters and hosts are always beautiful and offer excellent service. Every food is always delicious! The ambience is amazing. I love it here and the food is affordable and even cheaper during the happy hour!

I'm not the biggest fan of Sushi, but I would return to this place at any time. The food, service, atmosphere and interior were all the top notch. Oh and happy hour is the whole day on Sundays with a huge list of options.

WOW! All I gotta say! The atmosphere was awesome. Service (Jaricy) was phenomenal! Would definitely ask for her every time I come here! The food AND cocktails were FRESH and delicious!! Can't wait to come back!!
