Had to review BlueFish…Booked on the strength of previous so, yes, very friendly knowledgeable waitress,on her advice we had the tuna starter no further details but Wow ! utterly delicious. Both my wife and I were torn between mains so, on advisement again my wife chose stone bass over pork cheeks and I fish stew over octopus. Whilst the stone bass was “ fine “ my stew was flawed… the fish was fine, mussels, clams, the single calamari ring was inedible, and my reasonably sized prawn did not come apart as it should and had not been deveined. After a recommendation from people we met in holiday my wife and I booked a table at Blue Fish. The booking was done by email and immediately I got the right vibes as a copy of the menu was added to my confirmation. The restaurant is as you would guess sea food based but other options are available. Most of the restaurants in town seem to be offering a very similar menu and service at times can be questionable. Blue fish on the other hand is fine dining, with beautifully presented quality food. I opted for the special of sea bass which was delicious. Nuestra primera visita a Blue Fish fue en junio de 2023. Estábamos caminando de un lado a otro cuando un hombre que ya estaba sentado afuera dijo que podía recomendarnos Blue Fish y que nos encantaría. Gracias a Dios que seguimos su consejo. ¡Fue increíble! El personal era amigable y la comida estaba excepcionalmente buena. La comida lucía genial en el plato, el sabor era fantástico. Solo estábamos de vacaciones por 5 noches, pero fuimos a Blue Fish durante 3 noches. Regresamos en octubre de este año y fuimos durante 3 noches más de comida fabulosa. Exquisita comida y vino en este pequeño restaurante. El entrante de atún y foie gras fue increíble. Le siguieron dos excelentes platos principales, uno de pescado y otro de cerdo. Ambos estaban excelentes. El fondant de chocolate que siguió también estaba excelente. La elección de vinos fue buena y el consejo de elegir un vino blanco español fue acertado. After reading the excellent reviews we decided to reserve a table and travel from Talamanca for the evening; we were not disappointed. This was one of our favourite restaurants during our holiday, so much so that we booked to go for a second time. The quality of the food, presentation and service was excellent. We would definitely return again when we are back on the island.
Tuvimos cena aquí en nuestra última noche de vacaciones y deseamos haber visitado antes para poder hacer dos visitas. Una razón para regresar a la hermosa Ibiza... Comida con un sabor excelente y una presentación exquisita. Personal amigable y un lugar encantador. Si estás pensando en cenar aquí, no lo dudes, no quedarás decepcionado.
We were glad to book this popular restaurant. Very busy staff attentive and helpful Starters were well presented Goats Cheese Beef Ravioli excellent Mains Sea Bream Sea Bass dishes well presented and high quality Located on the Main Street in the town with great atmosphere Highly recommend this restaurant
