Will start by saying the beers here are excellent. Great place to stop if you're looking for beer. Combine that with the location, size, and restored industrial interior, and it's easy to see this spot becoming a DC institution. But what's holding them back right now is the food. Much of the menu looks really great on paper, but the execution feels off. Everything tastes bland/unsalted and pedestrian. They had a great chef/team a few years ago but it feels like something changed recently and things are starting to fall downhill. I'm writing this review with the sincere hope they can get back to the exciting food they had a couple years ago.

Something recently had to have happened because this place sadly went down hill. It was a 5 Star by far and my go to every time.. I could see restaurant from my apartment to show how often i order and go. The food quality has gone down majorly, service is slow, food comes out slow and even cold. The menu is never changed up and it used to always have new items. Not sure if management changed but it's a real shame because it was my fave not even a few months ago and now I don't bother to order
We?ve been enjoying drafts at BlueJacket for over a decade with our favorite being the Lost Weekend. The kitchen (and its quality) has changed over time, but the current sandwiches, as well as feta and buffalo chicken dips and the beet salad, are very well executed. Come before or after a Nats game and sit outside to enjoy the weather or inside to gaze at the wonderfully repurposed and multistory warehouse space. We are big fans. (And don?t forget to check out their
Food is delicious! We ate outside. They offer indoor and outdoor seating. We didn?t love the service, mainly because they use a QR code for the menu and you pay for your food in advance. Some people love that, but it felt like ordering carry out and getting it served to you at the table. Eventually, a server came and brought us hard copies of the menu and took our order. The ladies? bathroom needed attention. I would go back again because the food was great and it Reserva una mesa ahora
Visited on a Saturday after someone in the group raved about the tater tots. Walked in and was seated near the bar area. Requested waiter service instead of order by QR. I do agree that the tater tots were good. Pictured is the wings, pork belly sliders, and flatbread. I ordered something that I didn't find pleasurable, but replacing it with the Flatbread had my stomach is happy mode. Would return, but no immediate need.
Stopped by before the Nationals game against the Atlanta Braves for some good beer. This place doesn?t disappoint? there is a wide variety of beautiful local craft beer. I had the DIPA Rainbow and it was awesome. Even though we didn?t get food ? I wish we did because it looked so good. Friendly staff ? but even better beer. I wish i could have taken a 4 pack into the game!!!!
Food was great, services was even better. Our server a young man with glasses was amazing even though we came 10 mins before the kitchen closed treated us great. Food was delicious recommend the tater tots. Definitely going back again.
Great food try the tater tots!!!! We got a note after reserving table that we need proof of vaccination THIS IS NOT NECESSARY any longer Reserva una mesa ahora
I paid almost $20 for a burger and it was tiny. Like if I'm fine paying that much, but give me a BURGER. I'm hungry.
Great service. Excellent brews. Delicious food. Little pricey but well worth it.
