I 'm going to start off by saying that I have continuously contacted the company and they have not reached out to discuss the problems for such a horrible experience. I 've never seen such poor customer service from a restaurants corporate office. Obviously, the customer is not important to Bluestone Lane and they do not care about the issues in their Hoboken location. I had the BL Burrito with a side of bacon and my partner had an Athletes Burrito. Both were flavorless and missing so many ingredients. My partners burrito was missing her avocado and feta.
