This is the second time we have been to BNW's. Lamb, Ginger and shallots was very flavoursome. Not overly spicy rather quite mild. The mongolian lamb was spicier to the point most kids would never eat it but very nice for an adult expecting such a dish.Our last dish was special fried rice which was also excellent. Service was immediate as we arrived and we could see the chef tipping the mongolian lamb out of the pan so they are quite freshly made.Bad points. My pet hate is not getting all meals at the same time. It's awkward when one person eats while the other watches. I paid $45 for food last night at this restaurant, which I regret visiting. The honey chicken had too much batter soaked in honey and hardly any chicken. The fried chicken was practically missing. To make matters worse, they filled a third of the medium container with noodles to soak up the grease and honey. The curry beef was a total disgrace with barely any curry flavor, lots of grease, and served in a medium container. The rice they serve is cheap and tastes terrible. This place in Mackay is the worst I've ever been to. It's no surprise why there were hardly any customers there when I visited. I will never be going back.
A sure sign that a restaurant is not doing well is when it lacks any customers. The waitress we had seemed uninterested and unhelpful, which was a red flag for me. The food had a bad odor, was freshly made, but tasted awful. I have doubts that this is a legitimate Thai restaurant. I wouldn't go back even if someone paid me to.
Our family has been going to your restaurant last four years. Thanks for cooking delicious food for us as we can taste real Asian food in your shop. We all like your five spices calamari and we must order every time. Duck was good and we like coming for chicken Laksa every Tuesday for $7.50 and also best Nasi.

Originally I just called in by chance for a light lunch - had chicken satay skewers - they were amazing- i lived in KL for a number of years and these together with a fantastic peanut satay sauce took me straight back to the street food of KL - great meal
It's great food. The services are friendly and helpful. Three of us girls is very satisfied. I will recommend this place. While we are eating there are so many takes out the orders.
Not sure how everyone else seems to like this food. Expensive, oily and overcooked. Ordered takeaway and was ready within 5mins of promised time.
The portion size was very generous, and I really enjoyed the fried rice and stir-fried vegetables. The service was prompt and efficient.

Come here often for lunch, food is always spot on and friendly service everytime. The five spice calamari and prawns are AMAZING!!
Stopped in for lunch just by chance and had the Nasi Goreng. Good size serve, reasonably priced and quick to the table.
