The food is absolutely delicious and entirely vegan, but the service is poor. They are logistically confused, operationally challenged. Example: I ordered food via Slice app. The app alerted me that my order was ready ~30 min after placing. So I drove over to the restaurant and went inside to pick up. There were a couple employees inside who saw me, made eye contact, and ignored me. I waited a few minutes and then got someone’s attention and told them I was there to pick up my order. They said, “Sure, I’ll check on that.” Ten minutes pass. I asked again, this time a different person because the first person had disappeared. The second person says, “Sure, I’ll check.” 20 minutes pass. I ask a THIRD person. Same deal. Finally I get my food 40 minutes after arriving, 50 minutes after the app said my food was ready, and 80 minutes after placing the order. It’s really too bad, because if they had any sense of management and control over their operations I’d get takeout from them all the time. But I’m not about to wait outside for 40 minutes again while they prepare an order that was supposedly ready nearly an hour earlier. I recommend trying this place because the food is excellent, but pay for delivery and order two hours before you want to eat. Updated from previous review on 2022-10-19
