I just love coming to this place when I'm visiting the Gold Coast! I honestly can't believe it's not packed all the time, I think it's one of the best hidden gems on the coast. Something has changed though, in the 6 months since I was here last, it was a bit all over the shop last time but this time it was amazing! Great coffee, delish meal (I had the smashed avo with goats cheese), awesome friendly staff (Shelley was on, she introduced herself and was super friendly and chatty) and the vibe of the place and the view is just perfection for me! I ordered the crab and prawn linguine for Mother's Day, but it didn’t have any crab, tomatoes, or garlic as stated on the menu. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, they simply walked away without addressing the issue. I wouldn't recommend dining here, as three out of the six people in our group received meals that were missing items. For instance, the chips that were supposed to be served separately with the chicken schnitzel didn't arrive until we asked the staff about them.
I had a fantastic time during my visit, and this place is ideal for some solo relaxation. The staff were exceptionally friendly and truly made me feel at home. It’s always a pleasure to find a great spot when traveling alone, and this place was exactly what I needed! The food was amazing, the staff were attentive, and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a home away from home while getting away! I was visiting the coast last week and my friend suggested dinner at The Boatshed. What a cute little place! We were early enough to catch the sunset over the creek while we had a few glasses of champagne, such a great little spot right on the water. Dinner was divine and my chocolate fondant for desert was to die for! Yummm! I will be coming back here for sure next time I'm in town

Friendly, welcoming and efficient staff! Beautiful lunch here with my family today we shared small plates of; stuff zucchini flowers, grilled haloumi, seared scallops, arrancini balls, jalapeños poppers and had a bowl of sweet potato fries! YUMMO everything was delicious and the wine was delicious too! We will be back! Thanks!
Popped in here on my way from work as it's my way home, expected to pop in once to just check it out but I've been going there frequently ever since. Great service, great view, and the meals are exceptional. It's become a go-to for me and I've been recommending it to everyone. Absolutely wonderful, glad I did it!
The Lamb burger is so delicious, never had anything like it! Apparently they cook their lamb for 24 hrs, oh man it just melts in your mouth! Also the jalapeño poppers rolled in prosciutto are perfect with a beer. Amazing experience.
Yum! I met up with a friend for coffee and couldn't resist trying the spicy chicken burger, which was fantastic. The service was friendly and excellent as well! The location by the river is really cool!

Great view with funky music playing in the background, very relaxing! The food and service could not be faulted I recommend the lamb burger! Will definitely be back.
