The overall atmosphere and feel to the restaurant was warm and welcoming and that energy was given off by the other patrons. The staff on the other hand seemed very rushed and out of sorts. I waited in line for 20 minutes in the general lobby area before I was even acknowledged as being a customer needing service. I was told that my pickup time would be 10:15 at which time I arrived 5 minutes early yet didn't receive my food until shortly after 10:45.

I give it a 4star only because at 730am they had 1 waitress waiting on 7 tables with multiple people and she was doing everything sitting people waiting tables and cleaning tables management needs to ensure that they have enough help all the time

A lot of the time we are seated and wait 30 to 40 minutes before waited on for drinks. Other times we have to wait on none busy days for 30 to even be acknowledged then seated. So worse Bob Evans ever.

Once we arrived, it took 10 minutes to be seated, another 20 minutes to be waited on, and once we had our order taken, it was an hour before we received our food. Terrible experience. Reserva una mesa ahora

Whenever we visit this restaurant, we typically only have to wait about 5 minutes to be seated. The service is excellent, and I especially enjoy their delicious pancakes.

The staff at this Bob Evans restaurant was absolutely fantastic - they were friendly, helpful, and made sure our food arrived promptly. I highly recommend this place!
