We went in to be seated, there was a woman ahead of us who stated she was told it was a 10 minute wait, her name was added to the list and she had been waiting 45 minutes with no one coming up to explain to her why she had been waiting. Someone came up after we had been there about 5 minutes and my husband immediately motioned to the lady that had been waiting, saying she had been there a while. my man and I decided to swing tonight to eat for us and our family. we ordered 1 family meal chicken finger meal and 2 family salate 1 as chicken fire salad, we waited 1 hour before my man was sent out what we were guaranteed was our entire order. that wasn't it. we got our 1 stem salad and our chicken fire salad, but not the chicken finger family meal. we paid 70 to get only 2 salad family dishes, what a shame. will certainly not return. the workers all looked like they were all crazy and didn't want to be there. the manager was very friendly. he apologized for the long waiting period. the revenues are not rated so that they can see what they pay, and not what they pay, unfortunately we liv...
had a late lunch on Tuesday, restaurant was not busy, 6 employees behind theke. After waiting for me to sit for 10 minutes without being recognized at all, I asked if we should sit down. I was told that they would be short when they could. there were also 4 people waiting for the register. we were finally ordered. 20 minutes later, after having finished her extensive conversation with an older lady, she brought our food, asked if we had lost something else. never checks whether we need additional drinks (we have) or dessert. then she fell from the sack. eating was sufficient, service was minimal. in the opposite direction we are back.
on Saturday night at 6:30 o'clock. only 4 other tabs were documented. there were 5 servers. our server welcomed our table 11 minutes later. then it took 17 minutes for our drinks. 56 minutes for our eating and only 5 totally occupied tables. the food was terrible and cold. after an hour the server told us that there were only 2 cooks and that was the delay. this was not due to waiting for 17 minutes for drinks. if we knew about the delays before the front, we would have chosen to eat somewhere else. we will not be back.

Ordered breakfast out today for the family. Ordered the big egg breakfast and got 2 eggs instead of 3 as menu states. Also ordered a bowl of biscuits and gravy and only received a cup. Disappointed that someone isn’t verifying order is correct.
always faster service and good eating. eating was great and fast. at home were pommes brown prefect. once. the male waiter was extremely large. That's him. we come back because we love the atmosphere, eating and service. food: 5/5
Terrible customer service and wait time for carryout. Manager doesn't seem at all concerned when I voiced complaint.Young servers standing in corner talking, Noone working!
Eaten at this Bob Evans past two Saturdays. Excellent servers, food was great. This location is very efficient. Will definitely be back.

We love Bob Evans and have never had a bad meal. We do wish they would bring Coke products back. Diet Pepsi is the worst diet pop.
