Went for a late breakfast today. My bf and I sat at the table for 10 mins before anyone came to take our drink order. The food took over 45 mins to come out. It was mediocre and cold. My biggest issue was the server. She was loudly speaking to the table next to us (that was not hers) for over 10 mins about football. Cussing and being completely inappropriate. This poor family looked so uncomfortable it was hard to watch. She then went to another table with an elderly couple once again talking so loudly the entire restaurant could hear her using profanity, with small children next to her. We let the cashier know what happened and she took 50% off our bill. However, we will not be returning.
Avoid this restaurant at all costs! We brought our guests here for dinner and it was a terrible experience. The steak my husband ordered was so undercooked it was practically mooing, while my chicken sandwich had so much cartilage I couldn't even take a bite. Even the dessert couldn't make up for the terrible main courses. The table next to us also had issues with their food. When we mentioned our dissatisfaction to the staff, they responded insensitively. Save yourself the trouble and dine elsewhere. This was a truly disgusting experience.
Went this morning with my gal, waited over 15 minutes to get a drink order taken. I believe the servers name was Daria (that’s what my receipt said. She took our order, then was talking to a table that wasn’t even hers about the Super Bowl, while using loud profanity with children around. Then proceeded to go speak with another table that wasn’t hers, that happened to be 2 elderly folks just trying to eat, again using profanity when not needed. If I could give less stars I would. Will not return
As it's always a special experience to eat with family at Bob Evans, the lack of employees really bring the experience to a lower level. Overtasked servers mean slower coffee refills and food orders that are slower and sometimes wrong. I appreciate the efforts of the hard working servers kitchen staff, so please have patience with them.

The Bob Evans restaurant on Woodman Avenue had mice running around while my husband, daughter, and I were waiting for the waitress to bring coffee and water. A mouse came running around the area where we were seated, and when we told the waitress, she also saw it. We decided to leave immediately.
It had been 15 years since I last visited this Bob Evans location. The food I ordered was excellent. The service could have been better as my server forgot to bring the rolls until I reminded them. However, overall it was a good experience and I would recommend stopping by.
Unacceptable quality of food and drinks. Sausage was undercooked, coffee and orange juice were watered down. Who does that anymore?! Apparently this Bob Evens location. Customer service was just okay. I do not recommend this specific location for your hunger needs.
Had breakfast there this morning and had a great experience. Restaurant was busy but we were seated immediately and our order taken in less than 5 minutes. Food was good and we were in and out very quickly. Waitress very friendly and accommodating.

The food was hit and miss. Great pancakes. Over easy eggs were a little too easy for me. Fast, friendly service. Something about all Bob Evans restaurants, they just don't feel clean.
