Auf keinen Fall bestellen! Service ist Müll, und die Qualität ist Glücksspiel. Der Laden ist eine absolute organisatorische Katastrophe. Das hier ist kein Einzelfall, sondern mehrere Katastrophen. Einmal explizit telefonisch vegane Pizza bestellt und das mehrmals betont, und dann kam zu spät eine Pizza mit extra viel Käse. Heute war die Krönung. Pizza bestellt. 70 Minuten gewartet. Lieferung war die schlechteste die ich seit Monaten hatte anscheinend liest keiner die Beschreibung oder irgendwas... . Und dann war es die komplett falsche Bestellung. Also angerufen, und erst mal 5 Min ignoriert worden. Dann ewig umständlich die Situation kommuniziert, und nach 10 Min am Telefon wurde die richti...

Meine Bestellung kam 1,5 Stunden zu spät und das auch noch eiskalt. Der Fahrer total unfreundlich rief an und verlangte das ich runter komme. Als ich Ihm das Geld gab schaute er und sagte nix Trinkgeld? Also so eine bodenlose Frechheit habe ich bisher noch nie erlebt. Vor 3 Monaten konnte man hier wenigstens noch bestellen, weil es immer bzw überwiegend pünktlich war. Wieso Ihr so nachgelassen habt bleibt eine offene Frage. Schade, da ich schon seit paar Jahren bei euch mal hin und wieder bestellt habe sowie meine Freunde. Werde hier definitiv NIE wieder Bestellen.
Online auf Lieferando bestellt und erst ignoriert der Lieferer meine Angabe mit nicht klingeln sondern anrufen und dann fehlen Sachen. Nach Anruf im laden(Person am Telefon war trotzdem sehr kooperativ) mussten wir nochmal fast eine Stunde warten bis dann am Ende der Rest unserer Bestellung ankam. Fahrer war dann sichtlich genervt und gab nur ein sehr unfreundliches „sorry nh“ und verschwand mit rollenden Augen wieder. Bestellen nichtmehr hier!
Schlechteste Pizza fahrer fragte nach trinkgeld obwohl ich ihm schon welches gegeben habe am Telefon Leute die der Deutschen Sprache anscheinend nicht mächtig sind Pizza kam 1,5 Stunden zu spät und war kalt. NIE WIEDER!!!
Sitzen seit 30 min da und warten auf unser Essen.. sollte vor 40 min angekommen sein, laut Lieferando… nervt und es ist kalt!
