Instead of a matcha latte with coconut jelly that I had clearly ordered, I received a coconut latte just because I answered “yes” when asked if I wanted “with coconut milk”. As a gesture of goodwill, they could have given me the correct order if they asked politely instead of forcing the wrong drink on me. The customers who came after me even got their orders before me, and my drink was rather cold even though I ordered warm.

Für die Leute die nicht wissen was das ist ist, ganz einfach gesagt, ein Mischmix Kaltgetränk diversester Geschmackrichtungen mit kleinen Kügelchen die man mit dem Getränk durch einen dicken Strohhalm saugt und dann lutscht oder zerkaut.
