Nicely informal burger bar in the centre of the shopping area of Koblenz. It’s all self-service (including drinks from the fridge), and you can eat either inside or outside on the street. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff cook your burger in front of you.We ordered a Chuck Norris and the monthly special Raclette, with some sweet potato fries. All excellent - a really enjoyable burger - one of the best I've had.Don’t expect anything grandiose, but you do get a really good burger. If that's what you’re looking for, Cowboys absolutely fits the bill. Definitely recommended.
we have eaten in hundreds of these restaurants in recent years, this is with the best of the casual food. eating is tasty, the servings are huge (I recommend sharing), the prices are more than fair, the restaurant is clean, and the personal is friendly and accommodating. there is no table service. they order their food in the cash register and they give them summer that lights when they can come back to the window to get their food. they can eat on a table inside or outside. they only wish a larger selection of drinks. try it. they will not be disappointed.
in koblenz on a work holiday. our group stopped a night for dinner. space was very popular and the atmosphere was great. they even had American country music I found cool. the food was great and the burgers were huge!

they don't go anywhere else... just like a hamburgeria should be. without too much claim, but always top quality.
