Bobo's Bbq - Reservar una mesa

This was the absolute worse BBQ in the twin Cities. I ordered a pound of Rib Tips and out of 16 oz (which equals a pound) I got 15 oz. of nothing but FAT WHen I first looked at it it looked appetizing but then as I pulled a rib tip out it was camouflaged with sauce Not exposing the FAT. Each Rib Tip had a very, very paper thin layer of meat, the rest was nothing but FAT I couldn't believe it. The fries were cold and limp The ONLY item worth eating was the coleslaw and I would give that a 4 out of 5.I will not be back. Wow what a waste of time and money. The brisket here is amazing. They hooked me the first night I tried it. It had that crispy, blackened top with that perfect smokey flavor. And the meat pretty much melts in your mouth because it's so tender! The cornbread s equally as good too. I'm not a fan of sweet cornbread but this one has just the right mix of sweet and regular imo. It hits just right! I love the variety of sauces also. You gotta try em all! :

We are from MI, and we called them to cater a 40 person, business lunch and learn event at the school. They were very workable, everything was very timely, and the food was great!! It was a very big hit with the participants of the event. Great job, thank you very much. Very pleased with the results.

Best BBQ in Champaign, Urbana hands down. While you sleep the meat is in the smoker. Yes Bobo's actually smoke the meat through the night, making it juicy and tender. That Mac n cheese is good also prices are reasonable. Quality barbecue for an affordable price.Food: 5/5

I absolutely love love love bobo’s. My sandwich is always swallowed as soon as it hits my hand. I love the service too they’re so sweet and the kitchen looked very clean! I’m so in love with this place, I would marry their food if I could.Food: 5/5
