I drive 40 minutes to go there and get seafood because they have a nice selection, However, the selection is not worth being treated the way they treat people.Today I walked in to pick up a to go order after walking in for one second) mind you it is 12 degrees outside so when I walked in I needed a second to catch my breath. I have yet to find any other seafood business that offers fresh seafood other than Whole Foods until I found Bob's Seafood! The best wild salmon, redfish, snapper, catfish... Kudos to the owner and the excellent male and female employees I encounter each time I visit. Friendly and know their jobs. All businesses should run like this!
At Bob's Seafood Market Of Northfield, the seafood is exceptionally fresh and of high quality. However, the staff's rude and unprofessional behavior negatively impacted the overall experience. Improving their attitude would greatly enhance the dining atmosphere. The menu offers excellent options, but customer service needs attention.
Unfortunately, my girlfriend visited this restaurant on Saturday and spent around $65. However, on Monday, there was a charge of $130 to her card, and no one is providing any help with the situation.
