Bohemian Brewery is a wonderful Czech/German microbrewery and restaurant with a great view of the Wasatch Mountains. It is like instant transport to Europe, with the Alps in the distance but none of the hassle of tiny airline seats and a flight overfilled with irritable people overpaying to be herded into discomfort. Everything here is relaxed and social. The food is phenomenal, filling, and flavourful. I have tried many of the menu items and have enjoyed them all. Some of my favourites are the Goulash, Blackberry Chicken, Stroganoff, and anything with the spaetzle. First time here was amazing! I'm not from Utah originally, so my partner and I have been searching for new yummy places to visit. Dan was our waiter and he was wonderful the whole time! Answered all my questions and is really passionate about the food and history of this brewery. Beer was fantastic and food was very satisfying! About $100 for 3 people so keep in mind that you're getting good food for a higher price. Thanks so much for making it a very nice birthday dinner!
One of my favorite places for date night. Plan on a little wait to get in, but the wait is worth it! The food is incredible! The appetizers could be a meal on their own. Try the pretzel with beer cheese! I could take two of those home each time I go there! The atmosphere is fun and feels like you are in the alps while in the middle of Midvale Utah! Staff is always super friendly. I can’t recommend this place any higher!! Price per person: $30–50
