Crave (salt Lake City)

So I like Crave. Definitely better than Crumbl. However I need the people at the window to stop deliberately asking me to put tips on the credit card. When I was asked twice if I wanted to add a tip onto the credit card (which was in her possession), I asked why I should tip? She leaned out the window and said that they barely get paid enough to survive . $12/hr.I would like to ask the owner or the management, is that my problem? Is it my responsibility to subsidize the hourly pay of the workers? Service wasn't good but cookies are the best. Would've given five stars except we went last night around 4:30 and the worker was like super annoyed that we walked in to buy cookies. I want to go back but definitely not to the State Street, Sandy UT location due to unfriendly workers. Not sure where another location is or if there are other locations? People who can't say hi and thank you shouldn't be working in customer service. Just my two cents. Included Crave on our SLC cookie tour and they were delicious. We divided them in 6 pieces to sample and every fraction was very rich. My favorite was the Horchata Churro.We took one home, across state lines. It was snuggly fit into a tight container the day we bought it, and we opened it 5 days later. We reheated just a bit but it still tasted very fresh.

Drinks are SO good here. And the cookies. I’ve been religiously coming here and getting the same tumbler refill soda every day for lunch break since moving to Sandy and have decided they’re better than both Fiiz and Crumbl. Phone number never works. They have a different one listed in the site for Midvale from the one on Google, and it doesn’t work either lol. I just wanted my Thursday Doordash milk chocolate cookies to be swapped for semisweet since you don’t put it on the semi sweet option on the DD menu hahaha ?

You used to have the best Chocolate chips cookies around, but i dont think I will be returning because for the last couple months you are over baking them they are just too over done ?Shorten the bake time by 30-45 seconds and bring back the good soft CC cookies you used to have

This is by far my favorite place to get cookies. The flavors change weekly which is nice. Oreo Cheesecake is my favorite.
