Invited to the Bois Joly restaurant on the occasion of my 47th birthday by my very dear friend in the company of our adorable apprentices. The wild and splendid view of the mountains, the rural setting, the original starters, the aperitifs: succulent cocktails, varied menu choices, well-presented, balanced and tasty dishes, delicious desserts with really affordable prices. The atmosphere is warm. Lots of sense of professionalism from the staff. We feel that they love their job, which is becoming rarer. I recommend it 100% in all sincerity. A very big THANK YOU to the manager, to Mathieu, Théo and Eric, who always welcome us with a great sense of hospitality.
