The restaurant needs to hire staff who are willing to do their job. We arrived at 8:30 p.m. and they had already closed off the seating area (an hour and a half before closing time) while we waited for someone to take our order. When the server finally approached us, she did not seem pleased. When we got home, we realized that instead of receiving two upper legs and one breast, our three-piece dinner only had two legs and one upper leg. I don't frequent this restaurant often and most likely will not be returning anytime soon.
Everyone needs to be fired, shut down and start over. About a month ago, I ordered Cajun fried chicken and the cookies were hard, and I had to wait 15 minutes. I decided to give it another try today and ordered a chicken club sandwich. When I opened it up, all I found was chicken, a slice of tomato, and mayonnaise. The bacon, lettuce, and cheese were missing.
Yall, I have my favs. I had not tried the cajun chicken biscuit... I will never be the same. Add some hot sauce and it is heaven. You absolutely MUST get it with the Bo-tato rounds. I had to wait, but for tasty deliciousness in the afternoon, I will wait for rounds. And if ya got a sweet tooth, grab you a bo-berry.
How do y'all even serve something like this to someone? You know someone had to make it and know it wasn't right! I genuinely believe shoe sizes outnumber the IQ at this Bojangles. Most employees are inept, incompetent and unprofessional. u wouldn't pay $15 an hr either

The employees, all four of them, were laughing and ignoring us as we waited 12 minutes for our fries. I would have been more understanding if they had communicated with us. I must say, we won't be returning.
went for dinner ordered by the drive thru was asked to wait for my food, then she forgot my food manager refunded my money made my meal and added 6 boberry cookies to make it right the way it was treated
Worse bojangles around!! Go to Petersburg and get some real Bojangles. Very nasty people. Looks like my sandwich was refried 4 times, bun burnt,mayo disgusting. Yall need help.
Don’t waste your time unless your looking forward to unmotivated attitudes and a wrong order with forgotten sides. Food is mediocre at best. Go to Popeyes instead.

Could tell they were overwhelmed, but stayed steady and still had a good customer service experience. The best work well under pressure
