The food was good, biscuit was as expected and as asked for. But, the service was kind of rude. I always order the number two, i always ask for my bacon to be crispy. (If you dont, itll be chewy and only half cooked) when i go to the first window the woman had to let me know that it might not be that done this early in the morning, at five minutes til 7, at a breakfast place. But, okay. Then i got to the second window and asked for ketchup and the woman gave my two packets, i asked for a couple more, she then made the comment that, thats a lot of ketchup. I waited for over 20 mins to be told the grill was broke. When I received the rest of my food the tenders are so small it takes 2 to 3 pieces to make up one. They only gave me 1 small piece to count as a whole tender. When I call to ask about it I was informed that's the size of the tenders now. False advertising at it best. I have pictures yo show the size differences. I even order extra and still don't have enough food to feed my family because I got nuggets instead of stripes.
It was a disappointing experience at Bojangles. We absolutely love their food, but unfortunately, we live over 100 miles away from the nearest location. Whenever we travel, it's always our top choice. However, this visit did not meet our expectations. Our order was incorrect, and several items were missing. The only highlight was that the cookies were as delicious as ever. The long line meant we couldn't go back for a redo. We'll take some responsibility for that.
This restaurant had a special focus on breakfast on Wednesday morning. I noticed two different employees performing multiple tasks without washing their hands, handling money and food without proper hygiene. While I understand they were busy trying to keep things running smoothly, it would be great if they could take the time to wash their hands.

The restaurant doesn't participate in the Bojangles chicken sandwich promotion, as they informed me. Don't bother asking them about it; just place your order through the app and choose curbside pickup, and they will bring it to you. They could improve their customer service, but the food is incredibly tasty, so I'm giving it at least 3 stars.
Pretty good steak biscuits. And they put the creamer IN my coffee, so I didn 't have to deal with it. Hello! It 's a DRIVE-thru! We don 't need one more thing to do when we 're driving ! (BK, Hardees) Not a big fan of the hash browns , though. Tasted way tooonion-y.
Ordered 2 biscuits sasuage and egg with 2 orders of gravy and biscuits at drive through. Upon arrival at destination found no napkins or silverware and gravey and biscuit plates were dry not enough gravey to cover biscuit
This place has remained the same throughout the years. Yes the exterior looks a bit outdated but the food has always remained great! My go to order is a large cajun chucken filet biscuit combo w/fries and half-half tea.

Girls at drivethru had a terrible personality she NIE greeted me, yet she smiled. I expect better than that!
The line might look super long but man does it go by quick! And our food was fresh! Great fast service!
