This is literally a chick fil a with McDonald’s workers. The food takes really long, and the orders usually come out wrong. You can order sauces on the app but most likely won’t receive them in your bag. Also, if you get the Chick fil A app and compare prices of the two stores (one in Dalton Mall one on Walnut), the mall charges significantly more for the food than the location on W Walnut. I’d say go to W Walnut Chick fil A instead, cause the workers at the mall don’t care about the quality of food in curbside. Your staff was very polite and courteous. The food came out promptly. The store only had a few Polynesian sauces left. I do not get a chance to eat here very often because my days are busy. The day that I crave chick-fil-a is on Sundays and I respect the reasons you are closed. The (what I could only guess was the manager) brought me two extra sauces for my food without a fuss. My experience here was excellent.
Wow. I paid $30 for a chicken sandwich combo with Mac and cheese and a spicy chicken sandwich meal with Mac and cheese. They never asked if I wanted to upsize, which ended up costing an extra $5. Additionally, they are closed on Sundays. I won't be paying that much for fast food again, even though it was good. Chick-fil-A is known for their quick service, but the price was not worth it.
The service at this restaurant was awful. I ordered 3 chicken biscuits at 6:45 a.m. and after waiting for 12 minutes with no sign of any workers, I became frustrated and left, losing out on my $12. I will not be returning to this place. Perhaps it's time for them to reevaluate their management and improve. My thoughts are with them.

Out of the 100s of times I've been here I've only had a few pickle mishaps when they weren't supposed to be on my sandwich but were. No biggie. And only one time I got my meal all allll messed up. Got a spicy chicken sandwich with pickles and that was the exact opposite ?
The food and the service was pretty good ,but the best part was watching all of the bad asses walk in and out of the Gym.. Me and the wife got an ab workout from laughing so hard.. put more seats in the mall area so that more people can laugh at them
I want to thank the management staff for going out of their way to make up for what happened on Wednesday. She came to my work to personally apologize and brought biscuits. We have always used your services and will continue to do so. Thank you!
This restaurant is an amazing spot to dine with your family. The food is served hot and delicious, the customer service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is fantastic. The staff makes you feel like you are part of the family.
