They ran out of the earthy jam and don't expect to receive more soon. Additionally, the grape jam is not available. When customers ask for fresh cookies, the staff often forget to include jam in the order, causing customers to drive around the drive-thru again. Some staff members act possessive over the jam, becoming rude to customers who they believe are trying to skip ahead in line.

They ran out of strawberry jam and it doesn't seem like they will restock anytime soon. The grape option is jelly, not jam. Whenever they bring you fresh biscuits, they often forget to include the jam in the bag, leading you to have to circle back through the drive-thru. Some of the cashiers act possessive over the jam/jelly, becoming rude when you mention not receiving it initially.

I ordered a family meal and they only had wings and drumsticks available. The issue was that they were old, cold, and the wings were extra small. I will not be ordering this meal again from this particular Bojangles location.

I am from Idaho and wow, this place always hits the mark no matter the time of day. The service is fast and the food is always fresh.

The girl working at the drive-thru that night was very sweet. I really enjoy Bojangles' food, much better than KFC!
