Waited 5 mins at screen to order with only 2 cars at window pulled up as I was pulling in. and 1 there for pick up...spent another 15 minutes at the window. Thought maybe understaffed but Idk how 5-6 people can't get 3-4 cars served in less than the 20 mins that I was there and the others longer. They didn't even take an order after mine so the 4 cars behind me pulled off without ordering...Clearly do not care how much business they're losing. Or let's talk about how absolutely rude they were when she FINALLY handed food to us. Wasn't even worth the wait bc both of our stomachs have been bubbling and rolling since we ate it.. Have some pride people and do better.
Today it took almost 20 minutes for my order to be fulfilled. The assistant manager came out after 10 minutes and admitted that they had forgotten to drop our Bo Rounds, and for my trouble they would give us extra Bo Rounds and an extra sandwich. I waited another 10 minutes and then the food was finally brought out. I was on the phone so couldn't check the bag when they brought it out. And sure enough, when I got home, there was no extra Bo Rounds, nor sandwich. Lame. Don't promise it if you aren't going to deliver.
Bojangles, just like every other fast food restaurant has gone to the pits. Slow service, employees that are far less than helpful and food that simply isn't good. The value proposition is leaning away from Bojangles. Yes, they may be short staffed because of whatever reasons, but that does NOT excuse poor attitude and poor service. Yes, you can put napkins in the bag, Yes, you can also make our order correctly. Short staffing is about being slow, not doing it wrong.
