Stopped here on my way down to Raleigh and my experience was terrible. For starters when you go into the bathroom there?s no toilet paper in one of the stalls and no paper towels at all. When I went to go order my food, the employees were practicallyignoring me on purpose. Once I did get my order the order was messed up with them putting an unsweetened ice tea and a sweetenediced tea when I ordered an unsweetened ice tea and a Pepsis. The employees seemed too busy talking to one another than actuallyworking like they should be. Gives me a bad experience of a Bojangles. I wouldn?t go back to this one again!!!
I had the worst experience at Bojangles. When I received my order, water had collected in the bag, causing the boxes to tear apart as I opened them due to being so soggy. It was clear that my food had been sitting out for a while after it was finished. The fries were undercooked, and the sweet tea had no sugar at all. The chicken tender I received (as seen in the picture below) was not what I expected. This location has become incredibly inconsistent with its quality, which is disappointing. Paying $40 for this meal feels like an insult.
I was on a trip from Georgia to Delaware and needed to refuel my car as well as grab a quick meal. It was around 6 AM, and I noticed a few cars in the drive-thru, so I decided to join the line. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit with tater rounds, and wow! The biscuit was incredibly buttery and flaky. The tater rounds were generous in size and perfectly crispy. The food was good, and the dishes were better than those at other stalls. However, the service was lacking. The staff seemed ill-suited for the level of service expected. Additionally, the dining area needs some attention and a thorough cleaning. It's a shame because the food was enjoyable. We ended up eating in our hotel room. Overall, I would give it 3 stars: the food was tasty, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.
I recently had my first DoorDash experience with Bojangles, and it wasn’t great. When ordering through the app, you have to select your sauce, but they forgot to include it in the order! It’s so frustrating—no sauce and no straw! This seems to be a recurring issue with Bojangles, as they often forget items. I’m not sure why I keep giving them my business. Also, the chicken thigh they sent was surprisingly small.
The food was good. The beans were better than other locations, but the service was weak. They were out of menu items and the staff seemed unconcerned with providing service however. The dining room needs attention and a thorough cleaning. That's toobad, because the food was good. We left and ate in the hotel room. 3 stars. Good food but work on the extras.
The restaurant was bustling during the lunch hour, but the counter staff operated like a well-oiled machine, handling everything seamlessly. The food was absolutely delicious.
