Food is always hot expect to wait on your hot food this place is extremely busy inside and out.Has quite a few flys in the lobby because the doors are contently being opened by customers who dont want to wait in the long drive through line it"s a blessing and a curse?.Over all the crew work hard to keep the customers happy.
The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean, but I have some concerns regarding the temperature of the food served. The hash browns were almost cold, and the sausage and biscuit were old and needed to be replaced. Overall, this negatively impacted my experience. I would give the food a rating of 2.5 out of 5.
The food is delicious, but the noise can be a bit overwhelming for me. I visited this time because, as usual, the drive-thru line was incredibly long. People must really love it since they consistently wait in such a lengthy queue for a meal. As for parking, the busy drive-thru creates some issues.
We ordered at the drive they 4 of the 4 piece supreme dinners and that is what we aid for. When we got home they were 3 piece supreme dinners, no napkins, no straws and the drive thru staff were rude! I called back to complain and they hung up the phone on me! Will never go there again. They wait 15 minutes for my food so they can tell me that I have to wait 10 minutes for dark meat. the process that she obviously does not work because they should know that the dark meat falls 15 minutes ago when I placed my order. the terrible service and a complete waste of time.
First time coming here. The cashier was friendly he just didn't know how to work the register. Someone come over to help him. We ordered the 3 piece dinner with fries and a extra biscuit. ? The food was great my granddaughters enjoyed it. Will go back
Came to this BoJo for breakfast and the cashier and other employees were very good and enjoy their job. They take their job seriously and are happy about it they show they care about customers and talk to them like they know them for long.
