I want to extend my deepest thanks to the manager, Theresa, at Bojangles' Famous Chicken N Biscuits. I had heard from friends that their turkey was incredible, so when I faced a challenge in my kitchen this year and planned a dinner at home, I decided to order one. Unfortunately, someone at the store mistakenly told me I couldn’t order by phone or online and that I had to come in person to fill out a form and pay. When I went the next day, I was told they were sold out. After I shared my disappointment and learned I was given incorrect information, Theresa stepped in. She personally called another location and secured one of the last turkeys, gave me her cell number so I could pay at the doo...
I had been looking forward to dining at Bojangles for some time, so when I found myself in the southeastern US, I decided to check out this location. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that they were out of Mac and Cheese and coleslaw. Additionally, my wife was unable to change her side dish after we placed our order and before we paid. While the food we eventually got was tasty, the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was lacking due to the limited menu options and long wait times. Locals mentioned that other Bojangles locations are much better, suggesting that this particular one should reconsider its operations. The highlight of my visit to the restaurant was the friendly cashier. I ordered the 12-piece Chicken Supreme, but she struggled to locate it on the register and had to ask her manager for assistance, who appeared to be irritated with her. I also ordered an 8-piece chicken with biscuits. Unfortunately, I have never encountered such poor service at a Bojangles before. When I got home, the 8-piece chicken was poorly flavored and looked unappealing. I don't plan to return to this chain again, as it was a disappointing experience overall. Perhaps it was just an off day for the kitchen staff.
Henry, the manager during my visit, has put together an excellent team for the morning shift. The drive-thru was straightforward and efficient, and I loved the friendly voice that greeted me and ended my order with, "Will that be all, Love?" My food was delicious and perfectly seasoned. I always order the same item at every Bojangles, and this was by far the best. I travel frequently for work and often plan my stops around Bojangles locations. My family teases me about it, but I had a fantastic experience!

The service at this restaurant was disappointing. We waited around 20 minutes in the drive-thru for just one meal. One of the chicken tenders had a completely different coating and color compared to the others, and the fries were cold and soggy. We also had to ask for our soda and dipping sauce, which seemed to bother the staff when we made our request. While the biscuits were delicious and some of the chicken was enjoyable, overall, I wouldn't choose to come back to this place.
This Bojangles is amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. I took my grandparents, who had never visited a Bojangles before, and they absolutely loved the food. They enjoyed it so much that they even requested to return later that evening.
The food was tasty and offered good value with generous portions. The restaurant was locked, so I had to use the drive-thru. The turn for extended cab trucks is very tight due to a drop-off near the building, making it a bit challenging to navigate.
The food at this restaurant is consistently outstanding, and the overall experience is always delightful. Their fried chicken and cookies are likely the best in town.
