Bollini's Pizzeria Napolitana

Upon seeing the monstrous wood fired oven, you know you are in for a serious pizza. We had proscuito and calebrese on one pizza we ordered. Tremendous. Beautiful color, chew and char on a crust that proofs for 36 hours. Thin enough to fold, but sturdy enough to hold up the toppings. So much flavor comes through from the fire and smoke of the oven. You can tell the dude man who was running the front of the house has serious love for the place. Very sincere, very authentic. This is not a whatever pizza joint. Its one of those restaraunts that is more than the sum of its parts. This place has vision and heart and you see it, feel it and taste it.

Best Italian restaurant in Los Angeles ?. Al's customer service is second to none and he will walk you through the menu so you get a dish that will make the experience one of a kind. Prices are reasonable and the wine selection compliments the various pasta, meat, and pizza dishes. Highly recommend ?

Everything was really good havnt been in 6yrs I will say the only con was for some reason the arugula salad had a piece of plastic I'm thing broken container ? Also had to call a lot to try to reach someone to order to go ?

The food is great but it is hard to get a hold of them when trying to order take out. Also, cash only. I went a few days ago and forgot to take cash, so I used their ATM and was charged double the fee. Reserva una mesa ahora

Only one word to describe the food here it's DELICIOUS!!!Order the Mushroom Ravioli and the Lobster Linguine is sooo tasty..Service is great as well..?..Servers are friendly and serve you with a smile

First time and it will not be the last. Right off the freeway, nice atmosphere and I had the coto pie.Great, delicious and will be back to try the rest of the menu.
