When I received the order and arrived at the restaurant, the cashier asked me which order it was. After confirming it, I immersed myself in my own business. I didn't notify the chef to speed up the order. Then I waited there. 5 minutes passed. Only another waitress came to ask me what the order was, and then she started to prepare, yes, started to prepare this order, my waiting was a waste of time. I highly recommend avoiding online orders at this location unless you're prepared for an extensive wait. I tried to skip the line by ordering online, but they insisted I pick up my meal at the drive-thru window. This approach is both frustrating and inefficient! Despite placing my order online, I still had to wait for all the walk-in customers to place and receive their orders before I could pick up mine. They really should implement a separate line for online pickups. To make matters worse, no one answered the phone when I tried to call and cancel my order, as the line was so long. In the end, I was left waiting for over 45 minutes.
The chicken here is absolutely delicious, but the real surprise is how tasty the spaghetti is! It's slightly sweet and incredibly good. The Palabok Fiesta is a delightful entree, with a sauce that's thicker than you might expect, yet the flavor is fantastic. The peach mango pies are perfectly crispy and packed full of sweet filling—truly the best texture I've ever experienced.
This Jollibee location is clean and the staff is friendly. I ordered the Chickenjoy Spaghetti combo along with a Pineapple Quencher and a Peach Mango pie. The chicken was tender and juicy, while the spaghetti was just average. However, the Quencher and pie were absolutely fantastic. The prices felt a bit high for fast food, but it's definitely worth giving it a try.
In my opinion, Jollibee's Chickenjoy is among the best, if not the absolute best, fried chicken out there—especially when paired with the gravy! The palabok is excellent as well. I ordered Jolly Spaghetti with 2 pcs Spicy chicken. They said i need to wait for at least 14 minutes. I waited and then they served me my order without napkins and proper Cutlery. Spaghetti was good but the wait was disappointing. I think this BRANCHNEED RE TRAINING FOR fast food manuals!!!!????????????
