When I received the order and arrived at the restaurant, the cashier asked me which order it was. After confirming it, I immersed myself in my own business. I didn't notify the chef to speed up the order. Then I waited there. 5 minutes passed. Only another waitress came to ask me what the order was, and then she started to prepare, yes, started to prepare this order, my waiting was a waste of time. From the seats, you can see the back chef is making this order. They found that the beef in this order is not enough, and they continued to make beef first. WARNING: DO NOT PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER AT THIS LOCATION unless you want to wait forever. I placed an order online to skip the line but they wanted me to pick up my order at the drive thru window. This is ridiculous and very inefficient! I placed an order online but still had to wait for everyone else to place their order/get their order before I was able to pick up my order. This place should have a separate pick up line for online orders. They also don't pick up the phone at this location. I wanted to cancel my order because the line was so long. I had no way to cancel it so I had to wait for over 45 minutes.
the chicken here is delicious but even more surprising the spaghetti is super tasty! its slightly sweet but its so good. the palabok Fiesta is a delightful entree. the sauce is thicker than you might expect but the taste is wonderful. the peach mango pies are perfectly crispy and filled to the brim with sweet filling. the best texture Ive ever eaten.
This Jollibee is clean and the employees are friendly. Got the Chickenjoy Spaghetti combo with Pineapple Quencher and Peach Mango pie. The Chicken was tender and juicy and the Spaghetti was ok. The Quencher and Pie were fantastic though. The food seemed a bit pricey for fast food but definitely worth checking out.
I ordered Jolly Spaghetti with 2 pcs Spicy chicken. They said i need to wait for at least 14 minutes. I waited and then they served me my order without napkins and proper Cutlery. Spaghetti was good but the wait was disappointing. I think this BRANCH NEED RE TRAINING FOR fast food manuals!!!!????????????
Jollibee chicken joy is one of the best, if not the best fried chicken in my opinion. Specially with the gravy! The palabok is very good too. The bucket family meal is great for a family of 3 with enough food and dessert for everyone and a little snack for the next day.
