I highly recommend avoiding online orders at this location unless you're prepared for an extensive wait. I tried to skip the line by ordering online, but they insisted I pick up my meal at the drive-thru window. This approach is both frustrating and inefficient! Despite placing my order online, I still had to wait for all the walk-in customers to place and receive their orders before I could pick up mine. They really should implement a separate line for online pickups. To make matters worse, no one answered the phone when I tried to call and cancel my order, as the line was so long. In my opinion, Jollibee's Chickenjoy is among the best, if not the absolute best, fried chicken out there—especially when paired with the gravy! The palabok is excellent as well. The family bucket meal is perfect for a family of three, offering plenty of food and dessert for everyone, plus a little extra for a snack the next day.
