Bombay Indian Brasserie

Disappointing. Food was very nice, dined in Thursday night spent over £200 and loved it. Ordered take away today and ordered scallops. When I got home saw they “didn’t have scallops, sorry” written on one of the boxes, so swapped it for chicken and gave me some pakoras I didn’t order. I collected in person, and paid there. Not a single mention, and they didn’t call me. I don’t eat meat so the chicken dish (which I now paid £9.75 for) has gone in the bin. Very poor customer service. All it would have taken would have been an email, call, or for them to talk to me. It costs nothing to talk to your customers. I would have been fully understanding. But to change my order without saying anything...

If you want to experience a Karen type of restaurant then visit the Bombay Brasserie. You will not be dissapointed by the incredibly ignorant and rude floor manager who has no patience and wants to order your food for you while at the same time was so condescending and patronising that he reducing a party guest to tears. When complaining about the attitude to another manager it was a shrug the shoulder and no apology offered. Needless to say we all got up and left. If we'd have wanted a Karen experience we would have gone to a Karen's restaurant. We will not be going back to this restaurant again and seriously recommend to not visit.

Amazing service, amazing food Prior to this visit, I had only been to Bombay once with my partner and it was lovely, so much so, I booked a table of 14 people for my birthday celebration last night. Really good choice of food from the menu and something for everyone. All 14 dishes and starters came out from the kitchen piping hot, and all at the same time. Every single person enjoyed their meal and had no complaints at all. The service was fantastic and all staff members were friendly and accommodating. I was even given a complimentary bottle of Prosecco for my birthday. Really will be booking again! Thank you to all at Bombay.

A friend of mine recommended this restaurant. He didn’t let me down. The food was delicious. The service was second to none, I was lucky enough to chat with the owner Abid. He told me the restaurant has been there for 21 years and I could see why, big menu, generous portions! The restaurant itself had a really nice atmosphere, everyone was enjoying themselves, I’ll be a regular here now Thanks guys 10/10 Reserva una mesa ahora

We visited Bombay Brasserie for the first time and were warmly greeted upon arrival. The staff was extremely efficient and attentive. We ordered poppadoms, a starter, and a main course. Unfortunately, there were no desserts available as it was a Saturday evening. The food was delicious and we will definitely be returning in the future. Overall, this is a restaurant worth visiting.

Bombay has always been a family favourite but we've not been for a while. As we remembered, the staff were attentive and really made you feel comfortable but also like each table were special and that to me is what makes a great dining experience. The food was to a very high standard, it was a family celebration and we were all pleased we'd chosen to go to Bombay.

We had a long-awaited family meal at this restaurant and it was made even more special by the delicious and authentic Indian food. The table service exceeded our expectations with polite, attentive, and professional staff who were willing to go above and beyond. We highly recommend checking out the fantastic menu at this restaurant. We give it five stars.

Had a take away at the weekend from here and it was fantastic. I normally go to one of the other local places but ordered from her after a enjoying the food on a Christmas party. I highly recommend the chicken tikka shahi paneer. Its A sweet curry . Reserva una mesa ahora

I visited this restaurant last night, marking my second visit in the past few weeks. The food is delicious, and the manager and staff are all very friendly and helpful. Bombay has become my new favorite Indian restaurant.

Really friendly place, did a vegan option for me also, friendly staff a nice treat at the end of our meal. Would definitely be going back again, we was all very happy with our meal
