I have only recently tried Bonfire and I fell in love with it after my first visit there. This location is one that is very close to home this being convenient and an easy dinner option that is also a healthier option without sacrificing on taste. The prices seem a bit high, especially at first, but then you see that the food is fresh, the options are plentiful and the portions sizes are massive in comparison to most other establishments. This location is fairly new, and offers the option to take out, or dine in, also you can dine in their outdoor area which is quite nice on a pretty day or night. Most of the employees we have seen have all been great, with the exception of only one really....
This place is fantastic! One of my favorite places to go, especially for Asian cuisine. I love their concept of literally being able build your own bowl. There are a multitude of meats to choose from, veggies to choose from, spices and sauces to choosefrom...you can get some of everything if you can fit it into the bowl (get the extra large bowl for $16.95 and you will haveenough leftover for the next day, lol). Food is very tasty, and you totally control the seasonings, etc. It's quick and fasttoo!
Only location we will go to for Bonfire. Cleaner, more organized, and better tasting than the Hendersonville location. Food always comes out quick and just the way you build it. My son and I share a kids bowl, then my husband demolishes a large one???? would recommend for date nights, family nights, or just because you're hungry.
This a fair and honest review. The hermitage location is unsanitary, unprofessional, and definitely costly. They don’t provide any types of gloves while touching the uncooked, raw, food, and the utensils to select the food. They don’t even provide water cups…. thats very pathetic for a food business.

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but the owners continue to nickle and dime you for everything. Now they won't even give you a cup for ice water (only overpriced bottled water available). There's plenty of other options in the area. I'll go somewhere else.
It is a unique way to eat Stir fry but my only complaint is the steak and chicken they use are only OK. The prices are also quite high but you usually can get enough to eat for at least 2 meals. There is an art to filling your bowl and getting the mostout of it.
If you're a fan of hibachi, this is the spot for you! The atmosphere is fantastic, the food is delicious, and the service is top-notch. I can't give it anything less than five stars all around. As Arnold said, "I'll be back!"
Adriana greeted me warm and cordially this past Monday night. Unlike past experiences here. Beyond the warm and kind greeting the food was prepared to perfection and there were actually clean tables to sit at.

Decently priced for what you get, would make a great date spot. Wide selection of choices for what you can add to your bowl to be made they'll bring it to your table when its done. Will definitely go again
