Really a 4.5 but because of the extensive menu choices I gave it 5 stars. In addition to wings and drumsticks which are a strong contender to BonChon Chicken, they have things like Shin Ramen, cole slaw as an alternative to the sweet radishes and reasonable prices. I liked that the cheese dog had a few bites of sausage, but the batter could be a little less heavy. Other than that it definitely hits the spot and their spicey mix was delicious.
This chicken is like ascending into heaven. Crispy. Tasty. Perfect. I’ve been going to boom boom for years now and I haven’t found anything better. I live in Colorado and visit boom boom every time I come. I get the extra spicy wings with fries. It is spicy. It burns my lips but it’s so delicious I can’t stop eating. Would sacrifice my first born child for this chicken.
We stopped in for the first time about 20 minutes before closing hours. The woman behind the desk was so kind and friendly and helpful. She said they only had a small selection available which was more than fine. The food came of hot and quick. The chicken was great. The cook was so kind too!! Dec coming back.
We ordered large box of wings and drumsticks with half soy garlic and half spicy with side of rice. Soon good. Very crunchy and crispy. More flavorful than any Korean fried chicken I had ever eaten. The service has greatly improved. 1) My favorite flavor is the extra spicy one, which is unique to this Korean fried chicken restaurant. 2) I highly recommend trying the drumsticks, as they are the best part of the chicken. 3) They also offer delicious Korean-style hot dogs, which are excellent.
Chicken is very delicious. I recommend the spicy and the very spicy since the spicy isn’t really that spicy at all and is a better flavor than the mild. It’s a cute and clean store. The chicken took a really long time to come out. It was very hot and very good. FYI they call drumettes “arms”
I ordered the chicken sandwich, which was seasoned well, but the bun couldn't quite contain the chicken and fell apart easily. It was more sweet than spicy, to be honest. However, the fries were tasty and I assume the chicken wings are much better than the sandwich.
