I would give this place a zero if I could. The manager was rude and had a really bad attitude. When I asked to mix a juice with ice, she acted as if I was asking for more product. I wasn’t asking for extra juice, just some ice. She was loud and couldn't explain herself clearly; no matter what she said, it just didn’t make sense. Even the customers around me agreed that she was overreacting about the ice. Ice has never been an issue at other locations throughout the city. Just add the ice cream, not JUICE.
I requested blueberries to be added to my drink, which came with an additional charge. I also paid extra for a cup of whey protein, but unfortunately, the excess was discarded in the mixer, wasting both my money and that of the store. It seems some guidance on portion control might be needed. This experience occurred on December 28, 2022, at 8:39 PM.
The girls working at this establishment have been very professional and kind. Although the owner or manager was not. First bad experience and it was with the person who should be in charge. It’s a shame as you are supposed to be a role model for the younger generation but unfortunately that is not how the manger/owner handled themselves. Be better.
I visited your restaurant today, November 15, and although it was supposed to open at 12 PM, it was still closed at 12:30. I noticed several customers pull into the parking lot, only to leave without being able to dine. This is not acceptable.

I sat outside for half an hour on Sunday, March 20, expecting the restaurant to open at noon. I left at 12:30 PM because they were still closed. Another car also pulled in, checked the door, and left. This can't be good for business.
I absolutely adore this restaurant! I don't usually take the time to write reviews for chain establishments, but this place deserves it. The customer service is exceptional, and the cleanliness is impressive. Highly recommended!
This is the best Boosted Juice I've ever tasted! Every time I visit, they remember my order and always get it right! The owners and staff are consistently friendly.
