Long queue on Saturday. Everyone in front of us who wanted a sandwich paid premium money and then had to go back to thef ridge to pick up a prepackaged one that could have come from Aldi across the road. Want a cold drink at the till, certainly sir, go back to the fridge and pick up a plastic bottle. We tried the soup, took 20 minutes and the roll was harder than Mike tyson. Still it got one star as the soup was tasty. It could be good, its just the layout and menu is misleading and the younger staff seemed disinterested. Good store, shame about the cafe.

Called in here for afternoon tea. I ordered the drinks and the lady 'jumped in ' immediately to say I would have to order food to use our booths cards. I am well aware of this but she gave me no time at all to order my cakes before making the point. While we were still drinking our tea someone else tried to remove our teapots, milk etc. and she certainly did not appear to understand when we asked her to leave them as we had not finished. So not the relaxing afternoon tea we would have hoped for. Will certainly avoid in the future.

At trip to any Booths will provide you with branded products, such as can be found in any supermarket and fresh food that can rival M&S.; Some food is reasonably priced but others can be expensive, however the quality is excellent

Ate here today (Tuesday 6th February) and took the soup and sandwich option. Soup was thin and salty, sandwich almost inedible. Staff were nice though, and the coffee was reasonable, ergo 2 stars and not one. Reserva una mesa ahora

I have no complaints, overall the service was good although it could have been a bit quicker. They offer a nice selection of drinks, including seasonal specials like pumpkin spiced latte.

Afternoon tea for 2. Plenty to eat and as a booths card holder very good value for money at £12.50, 3 rounds of sandwiches, 2 scones with jam and cream, with a selection of small cakes.

Called in for a lite bite, we seemed to wait ages and the staff seemed a bit stressed. Food was fine but limited. If you're in a rush think twice perhaps.

More expensive than the larger supermarkets and now they have Aldi right next door they must be feeling the pinch with their much dearer prices. Reserva una mesa ahora

great service and all you can wish for even got our Lancashire Sauce here! Cafe was very busy but great selection

Nice lay out. Good availability of high end grocery products.
