We visited for a conference in the hotel and figured this place would be easy after a long day of traveling. We were seated and waited 35 minutes for a waiter to come by to get our drink order. After placing the drink and food order, our food was VERY quick. Honestly, kind of suspiciously quick because one person got a medium steak. Food was mediocre. Ceaser salad was overpriced and the dressing had no flavor, burger had no taste either. Skirt steak and chicken sandwich were fine. Everyone was way overpriced for the quality. Came here a few times. The last time was for a game and the table next to us was rooting for the opposing team. There was a man from that table who threw beer at as after his team won. After we let an employee know it turned out he was the father of the owner of the brewery so they couldn’t tell him anything. We went up to him just let him know that that was rude because even if it was an accident he didn’t apologize. His daughter came to his defense and told us that we should expect that when we come to a bar with drunk people so if we don’t want that to happen we shouldn’t come. I’m giving my stars mainly for the girl who performed the Selena tribute. This was my first visit to this location, and unfortunately, it left me feeling disappointed. Right from the start, the girl at the register was quite dismissive, and it took her coworker interrupting their conversation for her to assist me. I had a Groupon, but I didn’t receive the crowlers I had paid for; instead, I was given a 4-pack because that’s all she said she could offer. This brewery is good they have an horchata beer if you live in the area won't hurt to see if it's in stock!! Anyway it's actually two breweries in one I figured out when I visited it was beer thug brewing and I was kinda iffy about the name lol but reguardless they have a thug berry michelada and others I think one was thug light lol but yes I also went on a night where they had a comedy show so it was fun and staff are great! This large brewery offers ample seating options and has charming string lights in one area to create a pleasant atmosphere. I tried a flight of four beers, and my favorite was the horchata stout. The service here is excellent, and they frequently display various sports games on the wall. Plus, there’s convenient parking available in the back.
