Tortas Ahogadas Guadalajara

Love the tortas ahogadas from here they were really good and big portions. I ordered take out so I was given the sauce and chili separately and was able to soak the tortas to my liking and put as much chili as I wanted. I got the carnitas and it came withso much meat I was able to make some tacos on the side from the excess carnitas. I would definitely recommend giving them a trythey have a variety of items on the menu I had a hard time choosing but went with the classic torta ahogadas and definitely wassatisfied with my choice.

The guy taking orders, an elderly man with grey hair was very rude. He was very grumpy and his overall tone wasn?t pleasant at all. Someone like that should not take orders because he is driving customers away. While waiting outside I heard anothercustomer complaining about him. Maybe he was having a bad day, but he should put up with it because this was a very bad firstimpression.

If you are from Guadalajara or know about Tortas Ahogadas, or even if you are just curious. This place is a must eat! This is real Mexican food! Everything in here is amazing. I have been following them since they had a little stand, then a food truck,and finally their restaurant. So please do your self a favor, and try them out.

Food was great as well as the service. Great place to sit, relax laugh. Can get a tad noisey, but I'm ok with that especially if you are also enjoying a few drinks. I really enjoyed myself

Maybe one more waitress will do the 2 girl's were overwhelmed at moments THE food a little cold but over al it was good I will b back I spect a better experience.
