I have never once, not one single time, ordered delivery from any Boston Market in the world, to which they sent me the correct food. I am literally not exaggerating (I TRULY mean literally, not figuratively, this is not a colloquialism). It 's true that I 've only ordered from them 6-7 times in the last 5 years or so, but things I order are always either changed slighted or omitted entirely. The Greenbelt location is no exception to this rule. It 's honestly fascinating that I can guarantee when I order from any BM that something will be incorrect. A little BM surprise, so to speak. Is this a corporate decision? Is this in their training materials? I 'm not even mad, it 's honestly my fault...
I have been progressively dissatisfied in the quality of the food from Boston Market. Since this the only location I have visited in years I am reviewing the Greenbelt MD location. I had a sampler meal today with rice, green beans and sweet potatoes. Everything was awful. The green beans were waxy like canned vegetables and tasteless. The rice was over cooked and very peppery. The sweet potatoes were the worst item in the meal. They were so runny I literally had to eat with a spoon. I love the chicken and am fasting so didn't have any today. Not sure the chicken is enough to bring me back. Just a horrible dining experience today.
The food was quite disappointing. The chicken had a vinegar-like smell, which was off-putting. The macaroni and cheese barely tasted like cheese; it was just plain macaroni and very watery. The turkey was extremely dry, and the turkey cub was not enjoyable at all. I found myself needing to get more food, but the rice was hard. The cooking skills here are subpar. I don't plan on returning to this restaurant.
I'm consistently let down when I visit this restaurant. They don't offer creamed spinach, and the sweet potatoes are very bland. The chicken is decent (I appreciate the herbs and garlic), but the service is often unreliable and can be a bit rude. I stopped going for a while, but then the other nearby location closed down. Now, I'm limited to the 3-piece dark chicken, while I'd prefer a half dark option.

I would give this restaurant zero stars. I placed an online order for several items for Thanksgiving, only to discover that the store is permanently closed. Please avoid ordering from this location online. I'm not sure why they are still accepting orders. I reached out to customer service but was only able to leave a voicemail. I hope to receive a refund and that they don't take anyone else's money.
Someone fraudulently used my card and placed an order at this Boston market and when I called the lady hung up on me and when I called back they wouldn’t answer the phone.
Used to have decent comfort food but it was completely inedible..watery potatoes and dry meat.
If you’re looking for a flavorful Boston market, do not go to this one. Food is unbelievably
