Food was good, cornbread sucked though. I think they changed something and not for the better where that is concerned. It wasn't busy at all when we got there a little after 1pm, but it started to get busy while we were there. You could tell the food hadbeen sitting for a while by looking at it. Biggest problem is that they charge ridiculous prices for sides and give youminiscule portions and the soda tasted awful (barely sweet)and most of the flavors were not available. THAT'S CRAZY!!!! Probablynot going back anytime soon.
The manager provided exceptional customer service that stood out to me so much that I called after I got home to ask for her name. She and her staff were extremely polite to everyone who was waiting for their meals, engaging in conversations with us as well. I truly appreciated her dedication to providing excellent customer service, especially during tough financial times when you are spending money that you don't have. Thank you, and I will definitely be returning. The food was definitely worth the wait.
Went to this Boston Market and you had to either use exact change or credit/debit card only. I used my card and the transaction kept failing and coming up as a error. I double checked my account just to make sure I had money in it. We tried 2 more times and on the last try my account showed that the transaction went through. Boston Market claimed the transaction didn't do through on there end. Needless to say I never received my food and had to dispute the transaction through my bank. DO NOT US
I want to begin by saying the customer service was good. However, the food was disappointing. The creamed spinach seemed overheated or not stored at the right temperature, as parts of it on my plate were burnt. The mac and cheese was overly salty. Most importantly, the chicken was not properly cleaned—it was slimy and had fat pieces that are usually removed before cooking. I ended up throwing my food away and leaving.

They only had 1 chicken pot pie left. I ordered that and a mashed bowl with chicken. The chicken pot pie was not good. It looked sunken in and messy. Only half if it was eaten. The broccoli was good. It was a lot of money for such a small amount of food. It came out to about $21. I should've gone to a different location.
I haven't been to Boston market in a few years, I used to LOVE it. I was very disappointed in the changes they have made to the food. The portions were much smaller, the sides were bland, the chicken tasted ok, but not as good as it used to and the service was VERY POOR.
I visited the Reisterstown location on 7/21/2022 at 1317 Reisterstown Rd and ordered two meals—meatloaf and chicken—each with sides. I took the food to two people at a nursing home in Pikesville, but they said everything was dry and the food was terrible.
Very bad experience. My 1st time ordering and it was Thanksgiving meal for 10. Gravy was mixed with water. Extremely watery. Ordered stuffing for 5 and salad for 5 but got salad for 1 and a whole tray of stuffing. My 1st and last time.

Stopped in to grab some sides to take home for dinner. The staff was friendly and some of the food that was out looked old. I asked if I could get fresh items and they abliged
