DON 'T RECOMMEND EATING HERE!!went in about 20 mins ago, really polite man was going to serve us some near burnt rice.. he offered to get some fresh rice from the back... minutes later we hear him screaming at a female employee because she was throwing away the bad rice when he was going to just put water in it and serve it to us. He yelled at her very loudly I 'm the manager and you do what I say. You don 't do what I say, we won 't pay you on time! (labor harassment much? . The young lady lost her s# and yelled back at him and came out and showed us the watered down burnt rice he was going to serve us and said we serving people this food, how you gonna give them this s# ?! .. the manager didn 't come back out to finish dispatching our order. Another polite young gentleman that was serving apologized, and finished helping us. We asked for refund and told him we didn 't want the food anymore.

GREAT Boston Market on Hackensack Ave in Hackensack NJ.! Food at this Hackensack location is my favorite…..always fresh, perfectly prepared in my opinion. In particular, Sweet Potato Creamed Spinach are exceptional!! Restaurant has a very friendly staff that seem all about satisfying the Customer. Restaurant is particularly clean. I Highly Recommend this location.

I have placed an online order, but it was not thru, but this crew was in the position, together 3 whole chickens, 6 pages, 12 maisbrot, truthahnplatte with gravy and a side salad within few minutes and I was on the way! Food: 5/5

Food is good but prices have skyrocketed. The only time we purchase is with coupons like buy 1 get 1 free. Service is friendly and they aim to please. But they need more options, healthier options for their side items.Food: 4/5

the delivery service was great. the food was fresh and taste very good. my only complaint was that I didn't get any serious. I thought gravy came with the meal. I like it for my kartoffels and the rice.
