This Boston Market recently moved to a new location, but the drive-thru speaker doesn't work. The employees also seem to make up their hours of operation. According to Google, they’re supposed to be open until 11 PM, but when I arrived around 8 PM with five cars behind me, no one served us. After waiting 10-15 minutes, I knocked on the window and someone suddenly appeared to say they were closed. I asked why there wasn’t a sign since the posted hours say they're open until 11. The staff closes the store hours before they're supposed to. Doors locked with signs to go through drive-thru then nobody shows up to take your order, or told that they're not taking anymore orders.. if they close at 11pm or 12am then why do they close upby 9:30pm and act like they don't see or hear you knocking on the window?
I visited Boston Market and used the drive-thru, but the service was slow. The food appeared unappetizing as everything was mixed together, and the cornbread was hard. Normally, I might give them another chance, but this time, no thank you.
