Absolutely dreadful! Today, I ordered the “Holiday Chicken Dinner” for my family, which included 1½ rotisserie chickens, three sides, and a cake. At first glance, it seemed like a great combination, but I was extremely disappointed. The rotisserie chicken was terrible and dry. The sides, while slightly better than the chicken, were also bland and unexciting. Overall, this meal was a far cry from the mouthwatering experience I had at Boston Market in the past. Unfortunately, the entire meal was a waste, with most of it going untouched. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and accommodating.
On 10/24/22 at 4pm was forced to leave after standing at the register to pay for my order for approx. 5 min. Two employees, older woman with blond hair and younger Indian/ middle eastern woman early 20’s with black hair did not tend to the register after seeing me standing there. I asked for some to tend to the register and everyone acted like it wasn’t there job and did not engage me. Left and went somewhere else. If management wants to know who thr incompetents are, check the tape.
I used a coupon that stated a limit of two items. I showed the lady behind the counter the coupon and asked if I could use it for two items, and she confirmed that I could. I placed my order for two items, but when I got to the cashier, she only allowed me to purchase one. I had just confirmed with the lady who packed the food before I ordered. The cashier said that the manager had limited it to one item and suggested that they should inform their employees about any changes.
This was the first time I went to purchase anything at this Fresh Meadow’s location. I was highly disappointed to learn that this location doesn’t carry any Turkey breast until Thanksgiving. So, if you are looking to purchase this item don’t waste your time at this location. Honestly, it is the first Boston Market (that I have attended) that doesn’t carry Turkey other than during ThanksgivingParking: I was able to find parking

extremely rude I called her about a billing problem (they took my money, although the order was not processed) today in the afternoon and she literally hanged on my call for three times straight. do not even try to help literally speechless on the problem. I guess the worker doesn't care about customers.
Nice and friendly service. Food is always consistent. What I don't like is that some sides now have an additional charge of $1-$2 more, and the cornbread is thin and pretty tasteless. They have new food items on the menu I'm hoping to try in the future.
The other day, I purchased a meal along with an extra corn bread, and I was disappointed to find that everything was tough and had a rubbery texture. It was quite unappetizing!
