The servers were extremely nice! However went with my wife , mother and my daughter who's 6 I ordered a steak and apps , apps came out they were good , after the apps were done a server came over and said I'm sorry your steak is still frozen we didn't know so I had to pick something else almost 30 minuets after ordering After I ordered my daughter's meal was brought out stone cold burger and fries, my French onion soup also cold the cheese wasn't even melted ontop , my wifes tacos also cold , everything had just been sitting out while they tried to figure out what to do about the frozen steak , my replacement meal came out ..... cold , my soup came back boiled and bubbling as if they tosse...
Big party, I called 2 weeks before to tell them there would be 50+ people. They didn't put on extra staff, they had 1 server doing the whole side. She did the best she could, but as the only one, you get the picture. Food came out as quick as possible. Can't blame the staff when management doesn't schedule extra in an off time. (3 pm on a Friday) We didn't expect 50+ meals at the same time, but we did expect some extra help on the front end to get drinks served and refilled while the kitchen was doing their best. Especially when I called early to let them know we were going to be there.
This is a lovely spot to hang out. I visited on a Monday night for date night, and their late-night hours are a real plus in a city where few places stay open late. The food was enjoyable. Since it was just the two of us, we didn’t order too much, but the shrimp, Mediterranean veggie pizza, and pasta were all really good. I would definitely recommend trying them out. The beer selection is solid, though there aren't many options for non-drinkers. On the bright side, they do offer some great vegetarian-friendly dishes, which was a nice bonus for me.
While the pizza didn't quite measure up to one I had recently in Grand Falls, New Brunswick, it was still quite good. I was disappointed, however, that the bacon pieces were just small, burnt bits that made me question whether they were actually bacon. It would have been helpful if the server had mentioned that! Even with the smallest size of pizza, I couldn't finish it, but thankfully they offer takeout boxes for the leftovers. I suppose I'm starting to figure out what to order for next time.

I went back to the restaurant tonight and ordered a $19.99 pizza—usually, the food is good, but this was just mediocre—and a beer. They only deducted the cost of the pizza, stating that the gift certificate couldn’t be applied to the drinks. What?! A gift certificate should be treated like cash. After I raised my concern, the waitress returned and tossed a $5 bill on the table before walking away without a word. I was very unimpressed and will definitely avoid their gift cards in the future.
What an incredible spot to enjoy a meal with friends! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was fantastic! We took the servers' recommendation and tried the appetizer platter, which was definitely worth it. We also ordered the Memphis burger, Thai chicken wrap, and some kids' meals. BPs has become our favorite place to hang out with friends and enjoy a delicious meal.
I took a woman there for our first date, and I had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent. We just ordered a few drinks and appetizers, but I must say, the staff was impressive. Whoever is in charge of hiring has done a fantastic job; there are many beautiful and friendly women working there, all of whom were courteous and attentive.
I took my fiance and my 4 year old daughter here tonight and for as busy as it was, our waiter Won went above and beyond on service for us! Made my daughter laugh and feel very welcomed ! Even with all the other customers he always made sure we had everything ! The food was amazing and we will defiantly be back !

The only reason I keep coming here is that my wife and daughter enjoy the food, but even they are now frustrated with the self-righteous attitude of the customer service and management. Prices keep increasing, quality is declining, and the overall service feels immature at best.
Awesome kids menu. Only 8.99 kids menu It include drink,main dish and creat your own ice cream dessert. Pizza was perfect taste I miss the pizza now.
