Boston Pizza East Gwillimbury

Was invited to a friends bday dinner the other night at this location. The restaurant was pretty empty… not sure what the “bar” side of the restaurant looked like. We all ordered and received our food. But then we all needed extras and refills. The waitress kept taking one drink refill or napkin or sauce order at a time and then taking off. This led to her coming back and forth to our table like 6 times in a row. She then had a snuff of attitude as she was clearly sick of what was happening, when really all she had to do was ask us as a group what we needed. I didn’t appreciate her attitude as if we were abusing her time. The service over all was slow and “unhappy”. Nobody asked how we were or if our food was ok…. Getting our bills took way longer then expected. Like I said, I went for a friends bday and only for my friends bday. It’s clear that I won’t be returning.

I have condemned my takeover order, they have not done it properly, as there were some of the beats missing, and they accused me of a court of next-community that was ordered and paid, but they did not give it. from home after discovering the mistakes and their solution was that I drive back to them and pick up the next court what I did not. they did not offer to correct the main court. their backup offer was to promise to compose me something on my next order, but would not be to what that would mean, and if I asked to be a free meal, they expressly avoided promising me a free meal.

we had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. logan was our server and he was so positiw, friendly and helpful that I felt compelled to complicate him on his great personality and service. the food was excellent; very tasty and beautiful and hot. a total of a 5-star experience and we will return there definitiw.

had just a great experience! my and my family meal was very fast and everything tasted amazing. adrianna was our server and she was so friendly from the beginning and made our experience a good one! Many thanks for the wonderful service adrianna!

I've eaten friends here. that was great. the service was excellent. the staff was very friendly. we also had a nice interaction with her gm.
