Bad customer service! My tub 's clogged didn 't work, my coffee pot didn 't work, and had gross mold and black gunk in it. When I called for help the front desk for a new one, she said, well you can walk down to the lobby. My room is the furthest from the lobby, and the point is not that I can walk to the lobby. I asked for something important to my four day stay, and they said...to bad, we don 't care...don 't stay here if you like baths and coffee at five in the morning in, your jammies.
room was clean, very clean. desk was difficult, issues with changing rooms due to online booking. nice though! no elevator!!!!! disabled smokers beware. breakfast was cold, with only a spoon full of eggs and hard potatoes for hit oltion, with no attendant. no bagels and no cares given. dining area a mess with no clean tables. went down at 930. breakfast runs to 10!!
Rooms are nice. Duke's bar inside has awesome food. The Fort steak house has great food right next door
