This is the best pâtisserie in Lyon and one of the best you can find in France. Aside from Pierre Hermé, these are the best macarons I've had (and I've had a lot). Their flavors change pretty often as well, so you can get something...fresh and new. Their pastries are outstanding as well. The service can be very nice sometimes too. I wouldn't say it's any more or less pricey than the average pâtisserie in Lyon either. It's nice to buy some macarons and go and eat them from one of the viewpoints on Croix-Rousse.

this review is for the chocolaterie bouillet terrace series, which is a separate shop on rue de archers. from the reviews this shop is more concentrated on the patisseries than the main shop. the pastries where the best I have eaten while in lyon! I would definitely recommend. a visit they taste as good as they look.
This shop sells lovely individual cakes. We tried the citron tart and the carousel (salted caramel mouse) and both were fresh and tasted fantastic. You can purchase lipsticks in different flavours, such as berry or salted caramel. They are real lipsticks with real flavours, a...unique gift!
