A fan of your flans which are exceptional, including your chocolate éclairs which are extra, I just tasted your St Honoré this weekend, not being a fan of this cake, I wanted to say hats off to you, certainly a baker of profession, you surpass many pastry chefs with your talent! It's been our bakery for years. The bread is top, always improving and very very nice. So if you are looking for good, to see very good bread, you have to go there. For cakes as we don't eat a lot either... But very also for all the times we bought some.
